Jasën Blu- Gidi Anthem is the latest R&B sensation in Nigerian/African music. Dude has come quite a long way as a vocalist, record producer, sound engineer and mastermind of high quality musical pieces. Born 16th of April 1987 in Akure, Ondo State, the intriguing crooner started out in high school when he started featuring in mime-sessions in social gatherings and now, he has steadily matured into one of the most prolific music makers to ever emerge from the Nigerian music undergrounds.

 "L.A.S.G.I.D.I. [Gidi Anthem]", a hustler's tribute to the ever-chaotic city of Lagos, West Coast of Nigeria, is the lead single off Jasën Blu's debut album, which is currently being compiled under his self-started record production and lifestyle imprint, Block47. Written, produced and engineered by Jasën Blu himself, the track speaks in a hippy, yet classic way of the diversity in character of the Nigerian former capital which ranges from its rowdiness, constantly chaotic and often-times violent, fast-life nature of the city to its natural allure, riches and opportunities.
